hi guys. so i’ve been developing a weather module for some time.  i gotta walk the walk if i talk the talk you know?

in intermediate class you get code for a weather module that grabs rss feeds off of yahoo weather.  it’s probably among the best way to grab the data you need.  so it’s no surprise that crestron weather modules are out there.  i’ve given mine the ability to store favorite cities that you want to see the weather forecast of.

The top tabs let you select different cities.  everytime you press a tab, the weather will automatically update and present you the most up to date.  try not to use it too fast.  i probably should place an internal buffer to prevent kids or whoever will mash the tabs.  better yet, if the city just updated recently, i shouldn’t allow it to refresh for a given amount of time.  this is why it’s not released on my company’s website.  if you want this module, it’s really easy to add to a  system if you keep the join numbers the same.  i can even help you personally in integrating it.
